For the last 40 years, a small and effective team at your Conservation Council has been standing up for the natural environment. We’ve been working tirelessly to stop pollution, prevent land clearing and habitat destruction and to see an end to irresponsible government policies that undermine the life support systems that we rely upon.
Despite our best efforts over this time, we are in a conservation crisis in Western Australia. Things are becoming extremely desperate for our water resources, our last remaining wild places, and our growing list of endangered species.
Like never before, CCWA and the WA environment need your help to confront this challenge.
We desperately need your donation to support this critical work. If we don’t stop these developments, we may forever lose the opportunity to avoid catastrophic climate change.
We know that the work we do makes a difference. We are getting the message out there in the media, and at the same time working behind the scenes to create a sustainable vision for Western Australia. Slowly but surely we are forcing our politicians and corporations to take action, to prevent the extinction of species, to reduce pollution and to avoid catastrophic climate change.
In the past, with the help of supporters like you, we have won many campaigns that were thought impossible. Now we urgently need your help again to ramp up our efforts in defence of our national parks, our marine environment and our climate and water future.
