Sounds too good to be true? It’s not! A program called workplace (or payroll) giving can provide you with a hassle-free way to give more for less!

What is workplace giving?

Workplace giving enables you to make a difference to CCWA through regular payroll donations that also reduce the amount of tax deducted from your pay.

Some Australian businesses have had workplace giving programs since the late 1940's, but there has been a steady increase in these programs since 2002 when the Government provided an additional incentive by allowing donations to be made from pre-tax income.

This means you can receive the benefit of an immediate tax deduction† from your pay with no need to keep receipts - just transfer what you donate from your PAYG summary to your tax return. It's that easy!
